NEW GIRL...NEEDS MOTIVATION!

I'm new to this, actually I joined a while ago, and I really never did anything with it. I would love to food ideas, etc..I know counting the calories is easy, but it's switching up the food so I'm not eating the same things every week! Any ideas would be great!
