This recipe is wonderful, and satisfying without a ton of calories!
1 T Cornstarch
1 T cold water
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c soy sauce (low sodium)
1/4 c cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 t ground gigner
1/4 t ground black pepper
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine all of the ingredients except chicken. Let simmer, stirring frequently until the sauce thickens and bubbles
Preheat oven to 400 F
Place chicken in a greased 8x8 pan. Brush both sides with sauce.
Pour remaning sauce on top, cover in foil, and back for 35 minutes, or until juices run clear.
