How many days a week do most of you exercise and is it still good to do 5 days or 6 days week? I was doing 7 days and then took sundays off. Im going to start my job again, and trying to figure how to do it with out messing up my 6 days a week. I was wondring if i go to 5 days a week am I still going to lose some weight? Just checking to see how many times a week others are doing it.

    Im currently following a training plan for my half marathon in October. I am working out 6 days with Fridays as my rest day.

    I aim for 4 days a week, which is a step up from what I was doing before joining MFP. Although, I could probably count the walking, lefting, and chasing involved with my daily activities. But as far as a separate work-out, if I can do 4 in a week I am proud.
