Hahaha - I'm such a bone head!! I did Wednesday's challenge today ... lunges, carbs and all!! CARBS!!! My fav!! Thank goodness I don't have to do that again tomorrow~ it's so hard to avoid them! I'm italian for heavens sake!! That's like stealing girlscout cookies from the brownies!! LOLOL

All that water from yesterday had me peeing all night!! LOL
Yesterday was back to school shopping for the kids. I'm glad that's over and done with! Six hours total and finished with all 3!! I have to say though, I really Target!! The mall however, I can do without! Although I did enjoy window shopping and thinking about what I would buy when I was down a few sizes!!

I actually got a real workout in last night! Things are starting to settle at school and I'm catching up on all my work, so that means more workout time!
I just put out a question on the Week 3 thread to the other teams about how to make a signature tag for our team. It seems like all the other teams have one and we should too! I hope someone can help, I'm sure it's pretty simple and I'd love to make one for us! Any ideas on what it should look like?0 -
I'm sorry I've had a bad couple of days. I haven't been getting enough exercise in, and then not eating so good isn't helping. Wednesday it was a planned meal at Pizza Hut and last night someone decided Buffalo Wild Wings was a good idea. I didn't go over in calories but the scale is showing a 2 pound gain right now and weigh in is Monday. I'm going to be doing extra exercise this weekend to try and make up the lack of exercise.0

I've been the same weight for a week, and I can't seem to break it! There's been a lot of stress going back to school and what not. but everything counts so don't feel like you aren't contributing!

I will be MIA the 19 and 20 but I will text you my points. We are going camping for the weekend. I'm bringing my own healthy foods to eat instead of what the group will be eating.0

Tonight is the first Packer game. We are having baked chicken breasts with corn flake coating. Its one of my favorites grandma makes. I didn't get in much exercise today. I was in the car for 3 hours.0 -

YAY!! I got it, but it's HUGE!! ALl we needed to do was take the IMG and switch it to img!! OK - let me find how to resize images!! LOL
