Hiya...I think this is the right place.. well my partner works 7-7every day so we're usually up at 5 in the morning (on the rare day I stay in bed my son has me up at 6!) and we don't go to bed untill 10-11ish so add in night feeds and I have about 5 1/2 hours of sleep a night which makes my days long!

My partner only works those hours 4-5 days a week so, baby permitting some times we stay in bed longer on a weekend!

I tend to feel sick after around an hour of being awake if I don't start getting some breakfast down me! But what I wanna know basically is, what times should I be eating?

Currently it's breakfast at 6:30 (ish)
Lunch at 11
Dinner at 6:30 when my better halfs on nights and 8:30 when hes on days..

Because my meals are so far apart I snack ALOT inbetween which makes it really hard for me to stick to it. But I'm just not interested in preparing or even eating 6 small meals a day. I want my breakfast lunch dinner and a bit of fruit inbetween, so what times should I really be eating to feel full and not leave it to long inbetween meals?

My son usually eats when and what I eat but thats a habbit I can cut out if it's completly different times, I can cope with feeling a bit sick in the mornings for a while if it can get me a better day eating wise!

Thanks for your time and sorry it's so long, hope to get some replies!

I wake up at 5 and fall asleep around 11 so we have similar schedules. My eating schedule is:

    Breakfast @ 5:30
    Morning Snack @ 9:00
    Lunch @ 11:30
    Afternoon Snack @ 3:30
    Dinner @ 7:30

This usually is enough to keep me going although I'll sometimes have a light evening snack as well if I get too hungry. Full of protein and fiber so I stay full :)
