I am looking to add a salty crunch unit to my soups, salads, hummus etc. Any recommendations for a low cal, healthy cracker? Preferable low on the bad ingredients. Thanks...

Wasa's not terribly salty, but I love it anyway. Crunch, but no guilt.

I don't really know about clean ingredients, but I love Club Minis or Mini Saltines

Check the organic section of your grocery store
I get some flax seed crackers that are organic and "healthy" still high in calorie though so I don't use them too often - but they are quite yum!

I love Archer Farms' (Target) Multiseed Flatbread crackers. They have lots of yummy seeds (sesame, poppy, some others) that give it great flavor and they're not salty.

Surprisingly HEB has some really yummy whole grain AND multi-seed crackers with few ingredients. My personal fave though is their multi-grain pita chips. Hella fiber so you can't eat many without getting full! LOVE IT.

Yup, I have flax seed water crackers. Not a big cracker person, but its what I have when needed!
