Hi everyone, Thought I'd come and introduce myself. I'm Roise, I'm 37 years old and I've quite a bit of weight to lose. Just starting my weight loss journey again and joined MFP for some inspiration and motivation from other members. I'm determined to stay for the long haul this time and shift all these extra pounds and I'm hoping to meet some friends along the way so we can support each other through the highs and lows :smile:
