Logging Wii

Hey everyone,
So I haven't done any strength training since I started my routine. I run about 16-20 miles a week and thought that just doing that was good enough. I absolutely HATE strength training. Anyways, I have read a lot of topics about how strength training is excellent for you, and even though I'm pressed for time I want to do whatever I can in order to look better. So I dusted off the ol' wii fit and after I did 20 min of strength training I went on to the exercise part of my tabs and could not for the life of me find out how to log wii fit strength training. I don't care if I didn't burn many calories, I just want to log it. Anyone have any suggestions on how to do this? Also, is doing the wii strength program really that effective? I don't feel like it would really benefit me.
Any other strength training tips? My legs are big enough from running and I don't want to increase the muscle mass in them. I've also never been a fan of ANY kind of abdominal work that is involved with the floor because I've had a herniated disk in my lower back for over a year and that kind of work is just too strenuous and risky.
Thanks for all your input!
