Taco Chicken Nuggets

Party Idea!!!!

Ingredients
*1 cup breadcrumbs
*1 package taco seasoning
*1 egg (or egg substitute)
*2 tablespoons melted butter (can omit)
*1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into nuggets
*picante sauce

Directions
1.Heat oven to 375.
2.Mix crumbs, taco seasonings and butter.
3.Dip nuggets into egg, then into crumbs, coating evenly.
4.Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-15 minutes til chicken is done and coating is crisp.
5.Serve with Picante Sauce for dipping.

    This sounds simple and yummy....thanks for posting it!

    Here's a neat idea I ran across recently.....

    Put the thawed chicken in the freezer while you are preparing everything ... just long enough for it to firm up a bit to make the cutting of it SO MUCH EASIER!!
