HELLO ALL,
i signed up for a membership at a gym in my town last week and have gone 7 days already! There's couple of classes they offer im really looking forward to already, in the past my problem has been getting bored of the same routines, which i think is why i enjoy the group classes so much.
Do you have any other suggestions to help me?!

This has been the biggest thing in having a non-boring, fun workout. Go to a website called: www.meetup.com It's a free world wide social netwrok for active people looking to find various interests groups near them. I'm now in hiking groups, biking groups, mountain biking groups, running groups and even a surfing group. There are a new fun activities that really breaks up the gym routines and gets me out in te sunlight.0
