I had a borderline redbull addiction before I joined MFP. I would use a combination of redbull and painkillers to get rid of migraines. Sad I know, but if I could keep it down, it worked. I decided to try caffein pills instead. I take 1/4 to 1/2 a pill each day (each tablet is 200mg of caf) I've noticed the pounds have been coming off easier since I started taking them. Did some reading, turns out caffein is a appetite suppressant. Not sure if it's connected...but thought it was interesting. Wondering what your thoughts are on that.........

I agree... I was told that people who take caffeine (whether it be pills or coffee) have an easier time shedding the weight. I take them as well... Mine are in the form of water pills with caffeine, so I'm killing 2 birds with one stone!0
