Fruit and carbs

So I generally eat about 2-3 servings of fruit per day, and these always account for a good chunk of my carbs. This sometimes sends me over on my carb limit. Is it necessarily a bad thing to go over if a chunk of that is fruit, or should I cut down on other types of carbs in order to make up for this?

That's a great question. Wondering the same thing myself.

How's your sugar look? If it's high too, move one serving to veggies.

You'll get a bunch of different responses on this one.

For me, I am very carb sensitive. If I eat too many, I swell up like a balloon - like many do with sodium. If you're eating it and you're losing, keep at it. If you start to stall, maybe switch things up a little.
