I'm going to start 30DS tonight (wish me luck!). How do I classify that under my exercise?

circuit training! I just started the shred yesterday too! good luck:)0

If you don't have a HRM most people log it under circuit training. I am on L1 day 6. For reference I burned 186 cals in 26 mins using a HRM.

I'm on lvl 2, day 2 today. Its one of the best feelings I get, minus the first couple days of soreness.
