    Yeah, I posted the water recipe earlier on here and the only response I got was from a member who basically said it tasted like shi&t. LOL!!

    Interesting. I don't see how these shrink your belly other than having them in place of something else fattening. But that raspberry and chocolate one sounded pretty good.
