What are your favorite bands to listen to when lifting & cardio?

Lately I've had Dope, KMFDM, A Day To Remember, Static-X, DevilDriver, Slayer & All That Remains on my playlist but, starting to get a bit repetative.

Just seeing what my fellow metalheads out there are listening to when you're raging in the gym. \m/ \m/

If I am inside I actually prefer to watch the news. It relaxes me and keeps me focused more than show or movie ever does. When I am outside I like to listed to some Destiny's Child or Paramore, I do like Rob zombie and others but my ipod is not yet fully updated :)

Old Metallica is always a good choice for me. I actually had some Nine Inch Nails going yesterday and had a good lift.

Pantera, Devil Driver, Mudvayne, RATM, hatebreed, System of a Down, and Slipknot are also fav's for me when lifting.

    Slipknot
    Puscifer (heavy rotation right now)
    Lacuna Coil
    Marilyn Manson
    Bad Brains (early stuff)
    Rob Zombie
    Powerman 5000

Not strictly all "in genre" for your title, but it works for me. Occasionally I'll toss in some 80's/90's punk rock for spice.

Good Music!!!!! This is what I listen to when lifting. During cardio I'll admit I listen to really upbeat pop.
  • Last night I had NIN, Skinny Puppy, Rammstein, Arkona, Combichrist, and Children of Bodom on while I did my 4 miles on the treadmill
