Hi. My name is Tasha. I'm a single mom of three amazing kids and doing it all on my own. I have mediation for divorce 8/29/11 (two days from now) My bestie told my about this app so I gave it a chance. I love how easy it is. It's been a week and I've lost 8lbs. my eatting habits varied but most of the time i wouldnt eat then id gorge at night. i am a fast food addict and eat whener i feel depressed, sad, anxious, to celebtate, meeting up with friends and bored which just described my life. im trying not to look at this change as a diet because most diets fail! Id rather call it a program because im reprogramming my life...no more comfort eatting no more fast foods no more soda no more complaining of who i dont want to be anymore and just enjoying my life with my kids and looking at everyday as an opportunity for chang to be the woman i want to be!
