Hi i think i have hit a plateau and im 2 pounds away from my goal =X. I ve read that increasing my calorie intake might break this plateau. im on my third week of p90x (love it) and i'm on my feet 6 hours (atleast) a day 6 days a week lifting clothes and just moving around. my question is about how much calorie intake should i have. im very nervous about increasing what i eat .
=] hope everyone is doing well
im 5 6
132 pounds
and i do eat most of my excerise calorie.

There isn't a magic number of calories that is the same for every person, or even for every person doing the same workouts/daily activity - it depends A LOT on your height, current weight, age, and gender as well as your workouts and activity level. With the information you gave, it's not possible to give you a number.
That being said, since you write "I've read I should increase my calories", that makes me suspect you are either not eating back the calories you burn during exercise or not eating calories to compensate for how active you are during the day. I would strongly encourage you to do this! Change your activity level in My Home>Goals>Change Goals to "moderate", log your p90x, and then make sure you get to the number that MFP sets for you!!
If the number MFP gives you is significantly higher than what you are eating now, try upping your calories by just an extra hundred every day...then in a few days, make it an extra two hundred every day...then an extra three hundred every day...until you get to where you need to be.0 -
If you're on your third week of P90X it's likely that your muscles are retaining extra water due to the beating you're giving them, which would explain the lack of loss on the scale. It's very common for you to temporarily plateau or even gain a few pounds when you start a new intense exercise program. I would suggest you continue what you've been doing for now, and I think the scale will start moving again soon.0

I have done P90X and from my experience you are probably not eating enough. I don't know enough about what or how much you are eating but on average a P90X workout burns 600 calories. Since you are already active you may not be eating enough. In your P90X nutrition guide it should have the formula on how to figure out how many calories you need to consume taking into consideration your current activity level, age, etc.
Let me know if you can find it and I can send it to you.

My P90X beach body coach just told me that I need to be eating more calories. My goal on here says 1400 I try to eat about 1300 and he told me I should be eating 1800 with doing the program. So eating more might help. If you wish to have his email to ask him questions I could get it to you. He is a coworker of mine!0

If you bought the program from beachbody, the nutrition guide that came with it will help you determine your correct calorie goal. Check it out!0
