Hi!
I am a newbie! I just want to say that I have been working our everyday and watching what I eat for about 8 weeks now. I have a very hard time losing any weight. My fitness coach suggested that I join this site to track my workouts and food. I never had a problem with my weight until I about 8 years ago when I had a complete hysterectomy ( I think they took my metabolism along with everything else.LOL) I am looking for TONS of MOTIVATION and advice. I started the TURBO FIRE program 8 weeks ago and LOVE IT!!!!! I just have not seen any weight loss. I feel more fit and I sweat more than any other work out. I stay in my target heart rate zone and still the scale does not move:(
I need to lose approx. 40lbs.
My original goal was to lose 40 by time I am 40 which is impossible now since I only have a few weeks left.
Well I hope everyone meets their goals. Thanks for reading my post.
