Just joined the site not too long ago! 21 years old, and for the first time in my life trying to gain weight. I've had a lot of health problems that have resulted in me constantly dropping as much as 20 pounds in a month. Sometimes it is nearly impossible for me to eat. So, I've cut the cardio and started lifting big, but tracking my foods helps me to make sure that I'm not only eating enough calories, but also enough protein and not just being a carb junkie. Since April, I've gained 4 pounds of muscle which I'm really proud of. Goal is 130lbs.
