Exercise & Work

My dilemma is this: Sometimes I know I won't be able to work out in the evening, but I can't get up early to exercise, because I'll get too little sleep (and that means falling asleep at work or being cranky--or both!)...so I'd like to exercise at work. I have done this before, and it's okay...I work in a good area. But here's the problem: if it's a hot day or if I sweat at all, I feel really gross when I get back.

I'd like to find a way to get my employer to support exercise at work (for all employees--I'm on our wellness committee). One example I thought of was using the smoker scenario: they get 20 minutes/day to smoke--can I have 20 extra minutes a day to run (that way I could drive home, exercise, and rinse off quick before coming back). What kind of program(s) do you have at work that make it easier for you to exercise?

I work for Fedex and make myself walk faster, farther and with good posture, sucking in my gut!
They offer weight loss support too, via phone calls from nurses and discounts at gyms.
We have a mandatory group stretch and flex in the morning to warm up before we start loading and unloading trucks and hit the road.
I wish they has a weight loss incentive moneywise!
    I love the smokers scenario!
We get sweaty right away and stay that way all day, pretty gross but its the nature of the beast.
I know what you mean about not wanting to work out then go back to work all skanky though.
