Losing weight?....

Okay, so i posted a topic half an hour ago... All i got was people saying i eat too much of the wrong things and too much sodium.
So, heres it in simple terms. with things i should have said last time. (food diary is open for people to look at.)
i'm 5ft3 - 112.6 lbs. 18 years old. eating disorder not otherwise specified (ED-NOS) (anorexic and bulimic tendencies)
I can't eat more than i'm eating. it WOULD trigger me to binge, and i've tried, i begin to gain if i eat more than 1300 ish...
I gained 8lbs in a week. and no, i wasn't over eating in that week. I was eating normally.
I miss breakfast because i sleep late and sleep in during the morning.
my lunch is my breakfast basically... and the "snacks" are usually my dinner...
I eat once i wake up. so i'm not skipping breakfast technically...
still, i eat under 1500 a day. i eat little sodium. i'm not in starvation mode. i've been in starvation mode a few years back, i can eat 500 calories a day and lose weight without gaining it all back... i could lose a stone in one week if i fasted.
i've had my ED for 6 years, so maybe that's the reason i'm not losing weight? it's messed with my metabolism and now its very very slow?
2 weeks back i gained 10lbs in two weeks. i was NOT over eating or eating the wrong things. it was the same as now.
suggestions other than "eat more" cause i can't eat more. it just wont happen.

you may have screwed your metabolism all up from the ED. See if you can find one of those machines you sit in or possibly one you blow on that can tell you your BMR.
You may just need to eat "normal" for a while to try to reset yourself. Which may be hard for you if you still fight your ED.

Honestly. Anyone who has been diagnosed with an eating disorder - not matter what particular type - shouldn't diet unless they have talked with their therapist and doctor about it or are doing it under their supervision. It is far too easy to slip back in very detrimental behavior without outside perspective and when one's brain is wired for distorted thinking. I'm not judging and I know nothing anyone says will stop an individual with an ED from going ahead dieting/restricting/purging but I feel like I have to say this at least once for consciences sake. Your thoughts seem to be ED rooted whether you can see that or not and I hope others might hesitate before giving unwise advice. I say this as a girl who had Anorexia for five years, spent time in inpatient, hospital and outpatient treatment and continued therapy until my thoughts and behaviors were free of the illness. I'm still getting treatment today to make sure I don't unknowingly slip back into the ED and happily maintain a normal weight.0

Mucky_Duck gives the best advice anyone could give you. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. This is not just your weight you are talking about... it's your life.0

Honestly... I'm not sure that this is the best place to be seeking advice. Most people here don't have experience with eating disordes and will only be giving general advice that might not be right for your situation.
I think your best bet would be to find a professional that you trust and seek advice from them about the best eating and exercise plan to help you stay healthy.
And please don't take this as a message that you aren't welcome on MFP, I think it is a great tool for people in lots of different situations, but advice from random strangers online is never going to be tailored for you.
Good luck0
