VERY VERY SLOW LOSING

Well, I've been doing this for almost 5 months and never actually get serious, serious. I do well for about a week and than end up eating 100 to 200 calories over and of course needless to say the weight is coming off oh so very slowly. I'm just wondering if there is anyone else out there that has the same issue?

consistency is key!!! make sure that you are being honest about what you are logging in your food and exercise diary...and about what "type" of lifestyle that you live (active, moderate, sedantary) this makes a difference on how many cals MFP gives you!
don't know how many of your exercise cals that you are currently eating back...but in the beginning I started by not eating any of them for a couple of months, then I went to half of them, and now I am at all of them most days since I am almost done losing. Up until my last 15lbs, I lost 7lbs on average per month, with only about 30min of exercise 3 times per week.
hope these tips help!0 -
Thanks Tara. As of lately I have not been very good with my exercise and I working on that. I have noticed a difference in how my clothes fit and that's good. And by the way I just want to say that you are an inspiration and you look absolutely amazing. Keep up the good work.0

to you both...while consistency is important a "cheat" meal once a week is essential!! when you do not allow yourself a cheat meal on occassion, TO go over your cals...then when you do, "unplanned" you get just get down on yourself and this causes a viscious cycle to do it all over again!0
