in need of some motivation

I've lost 20 lbs in 2 months and it's been a great accomplishment for me. However, I feel like I've lost the motivation and I don't feel as eager and energized to work out. I also haven't lost any more weight in the past week and a half...what can I do to boost it up again?

Hows this for motivation: The same thing happened to me 6 years ago when I got fit. I lost 15 lbs, hit a plateau. Then I switched up my exercise routine and lost another 15 lbs! I got to my goal weight. And then I got lazy, complacent and forgot how I got fat to start with and gained it all back(+10) over the last 6 years...yikes But, I'm already back down 11 lbs and ready....
Hope my story helped...maybe we can motivate each other? MFP is awesome for that:)0 -
How many calories are you taking in? I got stumped a while back and had nothing happen for about 3 weeks. I tried zig-zaging and lost 2 pounds over the weekend. Then I bumped up my total calorie intake and have been losing steady again. My motivation was in my closet. Now all the outfits that did not fit are zipping up and looking pretty good. My other motivations? Husband looking at me "that" way with a big smile, not seeing the "love handles" anymore and just feeling better about myself.
I lost the eagerness to work out for a while. I just did not have it in me for a bit. Then I changed up my exercise and am back at it with plenty of energy. Maybe that might help?0
