Options
I just came up with this recipe and had to share it. It turned out AMAZING!
I call it a "Watermelon Spritzer"
ingredients:
1/2 cup water melon
1/2 cup water
1 tsp sugar (could be replaced with sweetener, but I dont have any right now)
1/2 club soda
Puree the watermelon, water and sugar in the blender, add soda. Top with mint!
Only 43 cals!! (would be even less with sweetener)
Perfect for adding liquor to ,yummy

Sounds good. I just found a recipe today for a watermelon smoothie. It's made with skim milk.it's 56 calories. Haven't tried it yet.
Gonna try both this weekend..0 -
