back and need support more than ever!!

I use to always be on myfitnesspal and started loosing some weight. but i gave up for awhile and i gained even more weight:grumble: !!! I have NEVER weighed this much in my life and i feel horrible and disgusting and i cant take it anymore!!! I can not gain anymore weight!!!

so if anyone has any words of incouragement let me know!!!:bigsmile:

    The best advice I have is for you to enter your info and follow the guidelines that MFP gives you. Try not to go under your calories or starve yourself. Get some exercise. Don't try to lose more than a pound a week. The longer you take to take it off, the slower it will come back on. Don't beat yourself up. Part of it is that you are just getting older. I use to always weigh in the 120's, with my build that put me in a size 3 to 5. Now I would be thrilled to just stay around the 140's. Women are built to bear children so as we age our hips spread and we store extra fat to prepare us for carrying children. You are very young so don't feel bad if you can't get down to 110.

    Here's my daily motivation, mine's printed out in different fonts, different sizes too catch my attention :bigsmile:

    Start from where you are. It is the only place you can.

    Don’t give up what you want most for what you want at the moment.

    Understand that you are capable of making significant changes. Then prove yourself right.

    Just get started. Then don’t quit. (my favorite, I need to live by this!!!)

    When you stretch yourself, you find out how strong you are.

    I always regret it when I don’t. I never regret it when I do.

    I am in training.

    I want to reach my ideal body weight.

    I want to have a clean and healthy body.

    I want to build muscle and reduce body fat.

    I do not want to indulge in sweets because they are packed with artificial ingredients.

    When I over-eat or indulge in sweets I perspire more, retain water, and get very tired.
