The problem I personally have with almond milk is that you are not getting the calcium that should be an essential nutrient for all woman.... The long term consequences to your bones of not getting enough good quality calcium can be quite devastating.... Loss of bone density and osteoporosis...
I switched to almond milk.... Almond Breeze actually has MORE calcium than milk does. Like someone else said there are better sources of calcium than milk, and you can avoid common dairy related health issues like lactose intolerance, bloating, gassiness etc (not saying that all people have those problems with dairy, but some including myself do.)0
