I dont have an HRM and I dont have the money for it. Does the calorie counter under exercises take into consideration my height and weight when it gives me a number for my exercise? I did 40 min for "No more trouble zones" today as my exercise, and when I put in 40 min, it gave me 500 calories burned. It seems high but Im not sure how to verify.
I am 5'7" and I currently weight 206lbs

I cross compare with other internet calorie calculators for various exercises, many of which take into account height, weight, etc. Then I average all the results and make a custom exercise.0

When I compared my HRM to the exercise database, the database is almost always way over...like 100 calories or more. I'm 5'6 2000
