I didn't manage any walking/running activity today. I did accomplish day 5/level 1 of 30 Day Shred, and I spent 4 hours on the mower this afternoon. That took care of my walking time. Plan to spend a lot of time walking this weekend though!0

Today I'm reporting 120 minutes - 90 minutes push mowing, and 30 minutes running. That puts me at 1,061 minutes down, 339 minutes to go to get to my 1,400 minute goal!0

Count me in.... Since August 3rd I've walked almost 50 miles. Haven't walked much in the last two weeks but I love it and want to begin training for a 5k..... Any suggestions for a newbie?0

I started Aug 1 or 2nd hope it's okay if I join...I am doing a 5k in October and will jog/walk it, can't wait !!! It will be my first and a dream come true for me, blessings all !!!0

For some reason I have a hard time making it to this post. Ok since my last post (08/14) I've gotten in another 25.75 miles. I think I may reach my goal this month if I really push it the next few days.0

Added 4.2 miles yesterday - up to 56.45 for the month. Will have at least 4 to add later tonight! Ran/fast walked 1 mile of that this morning!
Ran/walked 1 mile in 13:46 - thought for sure it would be over 15 minutes!0
