THE BEST SMOOTHIE I HAVE EVER TASTED!

Okay maybe not the BEST of all, but definitely the best I have ever made!
Today was a very hot day so instead of going for some ice cream I decided to make my own healthy (and yummy) Orange-Kiwi smoothie and it turned out AMAZING!

I used:
-1 cup of Fit & Active Non-fat Vanilla yogurt (you could also use plain)
-1 peeled and sliced kiwi
-1 peeled and sliced orange
-A handful of ice cubes
*Produces 1 serving

Mix all of the ingredients in a mixer and enjoy!

Mine turned out to be a just a little chunky because I couldn't use a mixer and instead used a food processor but I'm sure if you use a mixer long enough it'll turn out much smoother. You could also remove all chunks by properly slicing the orange or sifting the smoothie (I was just too impatient to do both :P)

But oh my it's tastes REALLY good! It takes like vanilla ice cream with just the right amount of citrus deliciousness! And it's texture was like melted ice cream too, and it was pretty filling and cold and great for a post-workout drink. I recommend it for everyone, so I entered it into the database as "Orange-Kiwi Smoothie"
