When is the best time of day to weigh yourself. I have noticed that if I weigh myself after working out that it is much lower then any other time I weigh myself.... Help

I always do my weigh-in after I visit the bathroom first thing in the morning. : )0

My official scale is at the gym, so I weigh in there after my workout only b/c that's what I did the first time I went and I want to stay consistent.0

I agree with everyone else here. Consistency is the key. I have an obsession where I weigh myself FAR too much, it’s almost OCD: I see scale = I get on scale. The weight that I record and pay a lot of attention to is the weight in the morning (after the bathroom, before food or drink). If I were to use the weight from the end of the day then that could make a difference of up to 2 pounds. If I were to go back and forth between times of day it would look like a trip on Supreme Scream!0
