scale addicted

ok soo i am scale addicted..every chance i get i get on the scale and then i always get discouraged if it shows i gain a pound or so durin the day and i freak out and wonder what i did wrong... i know you dont stay the same weight during the day.. but when i get on the scale its kind alike OMG!! WHHYYY.... and i cant stay away from it. i really dont think this is the best habit but i dont know how to fix it! its like the scale calls my name
is anyone else like this? or used to be like this? if so what do you do about it

    Seriously, you are just frustrating yourself. Weight loss is 90% discipline, right? Well, you are going to have to discipline yourself to only weigh once a day at the MOST!!! And ALWAYS weigh at the same time. My favorite? in the morning, after I pee, before I get in the shower! I figure I'm not getting any lighter than that!

    Most ppl would tell you to only weigh once a week...but I do it every other day or so.

    Hang in there...but step away. :happy:
