Help My Belly!

Okay, I need some good exercise advice, either somthing that worked for you or maybe something you seen online. I need help getting rid of this extra fat around my belly, including lower. I have tried the machine at the gym, where you sit and then "crunch" forward, however it HURTS my boobies! I need somthing different...Thanks for any advice!!! :smile:

    One word, CARDIO and lots of it. You can't spot reduce in one area. Where ever the most fat is, is always the last to go, so be pateint.

    Ditto - you can't make the fat in any particular spot go away. The first place you gain is the last to go. So, healthy diet and cardio to reduce fat all over. To firm up the muscles underneath, is there an ab class at your gym? That would be a great way to learn the most effective ab moves. Or an ab workout DVD (I'm sure Jillian and firneds have one :-) )
