I love to make my own Marinades, most of them include some sort of oil which are high in fat and calories, however after sitting in the marinade when i take the meat out most of the marinade is still in the container. Should I still count the entire amount used in my Calories or Not? What do all you MFPers think? Please help!!!

I usually add all the ingredients calories and nutrients up in the recipe folder. Measure how many cups of the entire marinade. Then measure how much is left over after taking the meat out. It sounds like alot of work but not really. Makes it a little more accurate.0
