Hi, I am new here, found this through an ap on my phone. It is kind of funny, I didn't want a smart phone and hated the idea of having to upgrade to one when I renewed my contract, but I have found so many things on it that I love it now. I am so thankful to have this site. I have been working on losing weight and getting in shape for a while now, and I will say I have good months and bad months. I stay so busy finding time to exercise and eat right isn't always easy. I have tried other sites to help me track my progress but I don't always feel like siting down at the end of the day and recording everything I ate and all my workouts, so it will be helpful to be able to do it on my phone all thru the day. When I started my weightloss journey I was at 175lbs. Over the past year I have lost and gained back and lost and gained back. I need to lose about 23lbs to be at my goal weight, and then I need to make sure to keep it off. I get the feeling after the past few months that is going to be the hard part (mostly because i love brownies and pudding way too much). So to all the other dieters out there good luck, I hope you do well in reaching your goals, and may all your children be born naked and with out any teeth!

    I too have the app on my phone and find it great to add in my food during the day. So many times i've tried at the end of the day and it got lost in the list of other things to do so fingers crossed this works for me!

    I actually add food *before* I eat it - when I see the calorie/nutrient breakdown, it helps me decide if I really want to eat it or not!
