Hot Legs part 2

so i posted a topic on monday with my first hot legs workout...

here is what i did today on the stationary bike which will make your legs burn heart race and sweat drip off your body

STATIONARY BIKE (i use a Cycle Bike)
30MINS

3min sitting gear 11 fast as you can maintain the whole time im around 90-97rpms
3mins up gear 16 1 min standing, 1 min jumps, 1 min hover again as fast as you can maintain im around 60rpms
3min sitting gear 12 fast as you can maintain the whole time
3mins up gear 17 1 min standing, 1 min jumps, 1 min hover again as fast as you can maintain
3min sitting gear 13 fast as you can maintain the whole time
3mins up gear 18 1 min standing, 1 min jumps, 1 min hover again as fast as you can maintain
3min sitting gear 14 fast as you can maintain the whole time
3mins up gear 19 1 min standing, 1 min jumps, 1 min hover again as fast as you can maintain
3min sitting gear 15 fast as you can maintain the whole time
3mins up gear 20 1 min standing, 1 min jumps, 1 min hover again as fast as you can maintain

it will get harder each time :)

give it a shot and see how you feel!

oh and for those who missed my post monday night:

STAIR CLIMBER
20 mins
5 mins on level 8 (2 mins straight climbing 1 min turn to the right, 1 min turn to the left, last minute straight climb)
5 mins on level 9 (2 mins straight climbing 1 min turn to the right, 1 min turn to the left, last minute straight climb)
3 mins on level 11
3 mins on level 12
3 mins on level 13
1 min on level 14

try very very hard to not lean on the machine i can do about 12 mins before i have to lean a bit but never for more than 20 seconds...

    Hmmm......I don't think you do enough...you should do more...you'll never hit your goal with that little workout :P

    Damn good job! Legs are a love hate relationship, I hit them hard twice a week and hate it but I love how they are looking. Yours are looking mighty great

    thank you i work them hard...i do cardio everyday...running, stair climber, spin bike, walking, elyptical....and most of the time i do double soooooo...and i only lift on them once a week...so yeah :)

    loving my legs currently lol

    They are looking really lean and NICE!
