How do people cope without doing exercise? I haven't been well for 2 days, hopefully this day will be the last!

I've got a blocked nose, sore throat and just feel like eating cereal(quite seriously never buying Crunchy Nut again, It's just like eating jellys or something sinister!)

I've realized if I don't do exercise, I lose sight of my goals, feel slumped, I crave and because I'm just feeling low I eat!

...On a brighter note, I now get up around 6-7 naturally and It feels great :D

    How about a hot shower and some herbal tea with honey and lemon. . This will make you feel better. .. .And if you workout it will actually improve your sinuses. . . you will find that you are congested less often. . . Just sayin

    Then my sinuses must really be a mess. I am congested quite often...yet exercise 5-6 days a week all year long. :frown: Not to mention having to stop exercising nearly every time I get through half a workout cause I have to blow my nose...
