Birthday Dish Ideas?
Hello everyone!
I have decided to have a healthy birthday this year since I know if I cheat, I'll just keep cheating...ESPECIALLY on my birthday week. (one shot of tequila is alright, right? =P )
Any suggestions on a healthy but scrumptious and satisfying birthday dinner for four people?

Cook 4 six ounce steaks... you just need steak spice. Have arugula for salad with a lighthouse dressing that isn't cream-based. That's about 400 calories with 2 tblsp of dressing. Check out oxygen's website and get some 100 cal dessert recipies. If you're not into desert, make some brown rice for your remaining 100 cals. If you hate brown rice, dress it up with a can of low-sodium mushroom soup. Red wine isn't too bad either... about 100 cals a glass. So if you want to go all out you can have a dinner for 500-700 cals. I know it's not ideal, but it's pretty darn great for a birthday!0
