I started using MFP approximately a week ago to keep track of my caloric intake. To be honest, I was shocked to see how quickly my calories added up. So the other day I decided (after having a plate of 1,500 calories of Carne Asada Fries) that enough is enough. And I 'officially' began my diet on July 27.
I had a good day of eating healthy, until my fiance got home from work (may I mention now that he works at KFC and practically every night brings home chicken, mac n cheese, and biscuits). Although I only went over 200 calories of my goal caloric intake (which is 1300), I still feel terrible for eating non-diet food.
I guess I am coming to this forum to seek motivation - I have asked my fiance not to bring home food from work, but he told me he will continue to bring it home... so now I need to seek someone else for said motivation.
My starting weight: 223
My current weight: 210
My goal weight: 245

Can he bring home some of the grilled chicken?
If you really want to have a piece of the reg. chicken make sure to take the skin off.
