Body Conditioning Class

Hello,

I just did this class this morning and noticed it wasn't in the database. Has anyone done it? It was definite mixture between body pump (there were workouts with weights) and tums, bums and thighs. I loved it! I have read about it and for moderate effort and my height and weight should burn about 400 calories but I just wanted to see if anyone else has done it?

    Ive done a body conditioning class before, but I don't think I ever logged it. usually those kinds of classes I just log under circuit training, general and just put in a rough estimate of what I should be burning.

    Thanks! I put in 400 as it was a good mix of cardio and weights but did think about putting it under circuits...
