count towards macronutrients? I never add them but if I did I would always meet them 100% or more. Example, calcium, vitamin d, b complex. Thank you.

I count them. Very few of them have calories, except the omega-3 pills.
But yeah, if it goes in your tummy, log it =]0 -
yes but by how much is debatable.
a well balanced diet should give you all the macronutrients you need of course being on a weight loss diet implies that eating 75% of your maintainance calories, to provide a calories debt, means you are only getting 75% of the macronutrients that you need.
I believe that you can overthink a diet :-)0
