This week my employer offered a health screening to everyone. In the last 4 months I've lost 50 lbs so I knew my weight, BMI, waist measurement that they did. I was interested in my blood work. Last time I had it checked was 7 years ago.

Here are my results from 7 years ago/this week:

Total Cholesterol: 193/171
Triglycerides: 113/52
HDL (good): 43/74
LDL (bad): 127/86
Glucose: 79/86

Though my previous numbers were 'normal' my new numbers are much better. Especially HDL which over 60 is considered 'protective' for the heart! Since my previous diet was mostly cheeseburgers and pizza it is nice to see good numbers after only 4 months of exercising and eating better!

This is the best example of a NSV i've see on here, much more meaningful than clothes fitting again or apperance compliments, Thanks for sharing.

Great job!! We had a health screening in January, right as I started my journey. I'm excited to see my numbers change as well!! Keep up the great work!
