I just started doing the 30 Day Shred today and I can't figure out how to enter it into my exercise. I really want some credit for that beating!

I put in 20 minutes of circut training. I think this is what a lot of people do.

It's all circuit training so I just put in 20 minutes of "Circuit training, general." Good luck with the shred! :)

I wear a HRM and log the cals burned. I average about 220 cals per workout with that dvd.
  • I used to do the circut training and then I bought a heart rate monitor and it was pretty close to what mfp said it was so I would use circut traing general

Circuit training, general for 25 minutes (You should count warm up and cool down because you DO still burn calories during those parts of the video too)

I've just added it as my own exercise - I put it as JM30DS L1, time and cals from my HRM.

I was wondering the same. Thanks.
    I had a question too..

Anyone doing this while doing other training at the same time? I was thinking about this in the a.m. and then my regular routine in the evening.

After reading all the comments I am going to buy this DVD and give it a go. I plan to make a note of all my measurements, fingers crossed it will help me to tone up my stomach and help me to lose my Buddha belly which i think has gone down since I started using MFP.

James, I totally think you can do 30DS in the morning and other routine in the evening. The wife and I do 30DS in the A.M. and then she does the elliptical while I run in the P.M. It is no problem doing both.
