Single Serving Chocolate Chip Cookie

1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp Splenda
1/2 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
pinch of salt
pinch of baking soda

1 tbsp water
1 tbsp egg substitute
1/8 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp light whipped butter

1 tbsp mini semisweet choco chips

Will be very doughy; press down on baking pan so it's not too tall. Bake at 350* for 10-13 min. Makes 1 big cookie or 2 small ones.
