For those of you not yet familiar with our thread on MFP "What Have You Done To Make You Feel Proud' began by my dear friend AWTY/Jeannie:heart: Based on the wonderful song used on BL.

It's SO worth checking out...we've had it going now for a fair bit of time...you simply share what you've done each day that's made you feel proud of yourself. We share and we cheer one another on...hard to be in that thread and feel down on yourself that's for sure!!

..sometimes we when anyone of us here on MFP have had such a rough day we can't think of a thing we have be proud of.....But...Got out of bed? YAY! Got in an early workout you had a hard time waking up for? YAY you did IT! You didn't weight yourself as often as you used to and that was your goal to cut back on that? YAY! You were kind to yourself & didn't go nuts..despite having an overwhelming day with the dog/kids/hubby...that sort of thing? Well you get the idea:laugh: You should feel Proud!:flowerforyou:

We all have SO much to be proud of and often times we take what we do each day for granted....by learning to see what we actually DO each DAY....I believe it truly moves us in a more positive direction in our journeys:heart: Anyone is most welcome to join us, the thread stays easy to find and we keep it fun, polite, silly, clean and encouraging....a close knit group because well MFP is that way:heart:

If you can't think of ONE thing you have to be proud of...then you most definitely should jump in and give a shout out, many of us couldn't think of anything at first but with encouragement we began to realize we all have much to be proud of!:flowerforyou:  :flowerforyou:

JILLIAN'S TIP OF THE DAY
Post It
In addition to posting your great moments on the Message Boards, post them at home. Every day, make an effort to acknowledge at least one thing you did that made you feel good. Keep a list of your favorites next to your bed or by your bathroom mirror to remind you to start and finish each day with a great attitude.
