question bout the shred

Hello everyone I have a quick question that I need help with. I went on vacation last week and gained bout 3lbs so now im back on the grind. I started doin the 30day shred again since I have 45days till my wedding I figured I cud stay on track and lose these few pounds I gained. Now my question is whether jus doin the shred alone is enuf to drop bout 5lbs? Thanks in advance for the advic.

    It probably is, as long as you're diligent about your diet. Level 1 isn't nearly as hard as Level 2 or 3, so more calories will be burned by those levels. :)

    I do 30DS 2-3 times a week, go to 1-2 Zumba classes a week, and use the elliptical 3-4 times, use exercise dvds 1-2 times, and do some light weight training 4-5 times a week. I lose about a pound a week doing this and not eating all my exercise cals back. Some days/weeks are better than others. Shred tones you up so even if the weight isn't coming off, the inches are. I lost 1.5" just this month on my lower belly area!!!!

    Even if the scale doesn't show a loss, I'm guessing your body shape will change.

    I agree with PP, even if the scale doesn't move, your body will look better, and that's more important anyways.

    Thanks everyone. I have a gym membership too so I wanna try and get some good cardio in as well.
