How are you entering these workouts in MFP? Like Cardio axe I entered as Cardio step up because it was the closest I could find? Suggestions for better entries welcome !0

I don't have a HRM yet so I spent quite a while searching online for avg cals burned on these DVDs.. Couldn't find anything solid, but found a couple postings of diff ppls results. They were varied of course, but some seemed too high or low, so made a list of those avg.'s & entered it manually. I read on one posting of a girl w/ similar build as me & she said she usually does 300-400cals/hr @ HR 150+ for cardio, & 150-250c/hr @ HR 90-120 for strength. Im new to how this works so it could be way off I'll adjust after I get my HRM in a month or 2. If anyone has more accurate numbers plz let us know!
Here's what I've put in:
BBL- Basics, 20mins, 140cals
BBL- BumBum, 35m, 400c
BBL- Tummy Tuck, 20m, 350c
BBL- Cardio Axe, 30m, 500c
BBL- High & Tight, 40m, 250
BBL- Sculpt, 50m, 275c
--> Btw wrote this^ from my list, but double checked them entered in Mfp & it had increased & reduced different numbers. I don't know if this is user error or the database correcting me.. Urgh!0 -

So I have a question! Do you guys repeat the same program for 90days? I keep reading online that its a 90 day program and I've done it before but only for 28 days. Someone please fill me in on this.0
