Have you considered that you may be gluten intolerant? When I figured that out, most of my bloating went away when I switched to rice pasta, GF bread, etc. Alas, I still have pudge around the middle, and cardio, especially jogging, is the best way to lose fat. I'm working on it! Fat around the middle is one of the hardest things to conquer, but you can do it!

I have considered that super large DQ shakes with whipped cream does not help. I usually eat super strict and train twice a day. But once a year I get really sick, that always puts me in comfort food mode. Always hard to kick it. Plus very hot and hard to do cardio.

Cut out sugar in the form of soda, candy and dessert. Its hard to do but totally worth it. If I have an event coming up in a month I go on a processed sugar fast and I can seriously lose up to about 3 inches a month...

Of course as soon as I start eating dessert again, I gain those inches back depending on how often and how much I eat. But it totally works.

If I had the self control to rid my life of desert and candy I totally would.

    ^^ Agreed 100%. I do this + run + a few good obliques/ab/lower back exercises + eating in moderation & NOT late.

(I don't look like my profile picture just yet.. but working on getting there!)

Well my belly is far from flat but I often ask myself, "Self, when is a good time to tighten my abs?" And I reply, "All the time!" So I play some air guitar and say "whee-ooo-eeee--wheee" and tighten my abs.

Say, you need to lose weight....

No, I don't. I just need to breath less. :drinker:

Not sure how you got responses to this, but I am glad you did. I posted a similar thread and got 1 reply out of 120+ views.

    WOULD ANYONE CONSIDER SUPPLIMENTS?
Waste of money. Less than 1% of any weight loss comes from supplements. It comes down to calorie deficit and good discipline. Eat well, exercise and rest.
