30 Day Shred is awesome, I lost inches all over the place and toned my arms in ways that I didn't know that I could! It inspired me to buy the Ripped in 30 workout, which I finish this Friday....I love her 3-2-1 system (3 minutes strength training, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute core) it keeps the DVDs going. You are never bored and never do something for too long. You will be sore after the first day but honestly it is worth it!

    Good Luck :o)

I just finished on Tuesday, and wrote up a blog post yesterday:

I don't have pics yet as I am very bloated right now for hormonal reasons, so you can't see the definition as well...hopefully going to post once that goes down. But I definitely noticed huge definition improvements, for sure.

I did it all the way through. 30 Days...no days off - 10 Days level 1, 10 days level 2, 10 days level 3. I lost 18 lb and 21 inches. I didn't even know you COULD lose inches in you neck...but yup...three of 'em. Seven inches off my hips and 6.5 off my waist. I went down two sizes from a 16 to a 12 - in 30 days. I do have pics, but since they are in my bra and panties, I'm not sharing. They were taken so I could see a difference on the days that sucked... :)

I am doing the 30 Day Slimdown now and it is thoroughly kicking my butt. I LOVE it.

I should also tell you that I am training for a 1/2 marathon in October, too, so I run an average of 18-22 miles/week right now.

There is a bunch of success stories about 30DS. I am only on the 1st week level 1 and although I have not taken measurements, I have melted 2 lbs. and i can tell there is a difference. The shirt I am wearing right now used to be snug, all my shorts need belt now. And 30DS is the only workout I do other than the normal calorie-burning activities at home.

I only finished a little over half of this program, but it was HARD! GREAT workout! My first week I did it everyday and even added in other workouts at the gym on a few days and lost 8.9lbs that week! You have to eat right and really push yourself to keep going even when you don't want to! But it is really worth it and they are short workouts, so it can fit into any schedule! Good luck!
