Made some good veggie pizza last night, tricked the kids into eating a good amount of veggies without knowing it.
One Boboli Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
1/2 package of Boboli
3/4 cup low-moisture park skim mozzarella shredded cheese
1 cup of broccoli slaw
1 bell pepper
3 oz of cherry tomatoes
1.5 oz mushrooms
185 calories a serving, 30 carbs, 6 fat, 11 protein.
The trick is to grind up the bell pepper and slaw in a food processor. Put the half package of of pizza sauce on the crust, spread on the pepper/slaw puree, cheese on top of it. The you can cut the tomatoes and mushrooms and throw them on top. Cook according to the pizza crust directions (like 10 minutes at 450). Cut into 6 slices. Has a lot of taste.
Enjoy, or hate it (depends on your taste).
