They say to eat 6 small meals a day. It looks to me like your doing great, except you may need to add a couple small healthy snacks a couple times a day between you meals. Are you drinking water? I looked at your diary and did not see any water drank.
Other than that, it looks good to me. Make sure your eating enough calories too. I heard if you skimp on calories, your body goes into starvation mode, and it holds on to everything you eat... Good luck to you!0 -

I think your diary looks really well. Congrats to you for all your hard work with eating right and keeping it updated. Recommendation, track your water consumption...water plays a very important role within our diet and we should be aware of how much or little we're consuming.
Cheers to your hard work and to your healthy lifestyle!0 -
thanks guys, I'm too lazy to log my water but I drink loads esp after a work out. Although there should be a place to log black coffee because I drink loads of that too. I wonder if cutting coffee would make much difference?0

Looks good to me.
You don't have to eat 5-6 small meals a day like another poster said. That's a myth that was debunked long ago. 3 squares a day is fine.0 -

^^This...totally agree. You don't need a bunch of small meals if the plan you have now leaves you sated and full. I personally like to eat more in one sitting than to spread it out across the day...just a personal choice.
Diary looks great!0 -
I guess it depends on the individual. Some people do have to eat smaller meals through out the day, to help with their blood sugar. If I don't eat at least every 3 hours, I don't feel good. I guess I should tell you to try it and see how you feel and if your losing weight...it all depends on the person. I am not an expert so, I am not going to tell you what is a myth or what isn't.0
